Location: Hackney, London

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Travel Allowance

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a proven track record in delivering successful Fit Out and Refurbishment projects? Our client, a leading organization in the construction industry, is currently seeking a talented and motivated Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team. With a commitment to excellence, our client operates at the forefront of the industry, delivering high-quality projects in and around the Hackney area.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage Fit Out and Refurbishment projects from inception to completion.

Collaborate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Implement and enforce health and safety standards on-site.

Monitor and report project progress to key stakeholders.

Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the Fit Out and Refurbishment sector.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance on-site.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

A proactive and solution-oriented approach to project management.
